Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date for domestic customers. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will be made in the form of online store credit. Your item must be unworn, with tags attached and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a refund with the original packaging and branded box. Refunds and returns on jewelry items must be unworn and in their original branded jewelry box.
*Gift cards, bodysuits, intimates, swim, and sale items may not be returned for a refund unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped.
Exchanges are to be mailed back within 14 days of the original ship date.
To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with our return mailing address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your refund is approved. If the refund is approved, we will issue funds back to your account.

The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returns and refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
We currently do not offer international shipping. We will soon be opening for international orders, so please check back for updates.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipping. For help finding your lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping vendor on the tracking email and provide them your tracking information. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once it has been marked as delivered by the shipping vendor.
